What we do
Treatment tracking — session charts, vitals, dosing timers, and discharge workflows built around the Spravato monitoring protocol.
Inventory & DEA recordkeeping — barcode-based box intake, per-device accounting, dispositions, and an append-only DEA ledger with exportable records.
REMS compliance — monitoring forms auto-filled from session data and submitted to REMS by fax or email, with delivery tracking and a compliance dashboard that surfaces anything not transmitted.
ComplyRx is built to support your DEA and HIPAA compliance program — not to replace it.
Records are append-only where regulations require it, corrections are made by documented
reversal rather than deletion, and every submission attempt is logged and auditable.
Security & privacy: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is
scoped per clinic and per role, and our privacy practices are described in our
